By accessing our website, enrolling in any program, purchasing any service, attending any session, or otherwise engaging with PrepTiv, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

PrepTiv is a professional education, certification-preparation, mentoring, and career-focused learning platform operated by Preptily Career Consulting LLP.
Our offerings may include:

mentoring,

2. Eligibility
PrepTiv services are intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
By using our services, you represent that:

3. Enrolment and Program Changes
Enrolment in any PrepTiv program is subject to:

successful payment,

availability of seats,

verification requirements where applicable,

and compliance with these Terms.
PrepTiv reserves the right to:

modify schedules,

update trainers or facilitators,
-
revise curriculum,
-
update learning materials,
-
postpone or reschedule sessions,
-
modify delivery formats,
-
or discontinue offerings where reasonably necessary for operational, academic, technical, legal, or business reasons.
Minor operational, scheduling, or curriculum adjustments shall not ordinarily entitle users to refunds, compensation, or damages. Material changes substantially affecting delivery of a purchased program shall be handled in accordance with the applicable Refund and Cancellation Policy.
In the event of a material change substantially affecting delivery of a purchased program, PrepTiv may, at its discretion, provide:

alternate access,

credits,

transfers,

or other reasonable resolutions in accordance with the applicable Refund Policy.

4. Learning Access and Recordings
Certain programs may include access to:

community discussions,

or learning materials.
Unless otherwise stated:

recordings and learner materials provided directly by PrepTiv may include long-term learner access subject to operational continuity, platform availability, applicable policies, and compliance with these Terms and the applicable Refund Policy.

third-party LMS or certification platform access shall remain subject to the policies, availability, and operational continuity of the respective provider.
PrepTiv reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or revoke access where:

content is shared without authorization,
-
accounts are misused,
-
payment abuse or fraud is detected,
-
intellectual property misuse occurs,
-
platform policies are violated,
-
or unlawful or abusive conduct is identified.
Access may also be impacted by:

third-party platform limitations,
-
technology upgrades,
-
content revisions,
-
licensing changes,
-
infrastructure changes,
-
or events beyond reasonable operational control.
Access to recordings, LMS platforms, downloadable materials, or reusable educational assets may impact refund eligibility in accordance with the applicable Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Certification and Exam Disclaimer
PrepTiv may provide:

training completion certificates,

educational participation certificates,
-
or authorized training support for third-party certifications.
Third-party certifications may include programs offered through organizations such as:

Global Skill Development Council
-
Scrum Alliance
Certification issuance, exam structure, evaluation criteria, passing requirements, renewal policies, verification standards, credential validity, and related decisions remain solely under the control of the respective certification body.
PrepTiv does not guarantee:

exam success,
-
certification approval,
-
certification issuance timelines,
-
or passing scores.
Where applicable, PrepTiv may provide learner-support benefits, including additional preparation guidance or reattempt-related support, based on arrangements with authorized certification partners. Such benefits remain subject to change in accordance with the policies of the respective certification body.
6. Career Support Disclaimer
PrepTiv may provide limited career-support services including:

resume guidance,
-
ATP-compliant resume reviews,
-
mock interviews,
-
mentorship,
-
interview preparation,
-
networking opportunities,
-
or sharing of publicly available or community-shared opportunities.
PrepTiv does not guarantee:
-
employment,
-
interviews,
-
referrals,
-
job offers,
-
salary outcomes,
-
promotions,
-
career transitions,
-
or placement success.
Any hiring-related decision remains solely between the learner and the employer or recruiter.

7. Payments, Refunds, and Chargebacks
Payments for programs and services must be completed through approved payment methods or authorized payment partners, including PayU where applicable.
By making a payment, you agree:

to provide accurate billing information,

to use authorized payment instruments,

and to comply with applicable payment laws and regulations.
Refund eligibility, cancellation timelines, batch-transfer conditions, rescheduling requests, and refund processing terms are governed by PrepTiv’s separate Refund Policy available at: PrepTiv Refund Policy
Users are advised to review the Refund Policy carefully before making any purchase.
Key refund eligibility conditions, digital-access limitations, transfer options, cancellation rights, and applicable deductions are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Unless otherwise expressly stated:

access to recordings, learning materials, or downloadable resources may impact refund eligibility,

third-party certification fees, examination charges, platform charges, taxes, or administrative charges may be non-refundable,
-
and approved refunds may remain subject to actual payment gateway charges, non-recoverable taxes, proportionate session fees where applicable, administrative processing fees disclosed in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, and applicable processing timelines.
PrepTiv reserves the right to suspend services or restrict access in cases involving:

fraudulent payment activity,

unauthorized chargebacks,
-
payment disputes initiated in bad faith,
-
or suspected financial abuse.
PrepTiv further reserves the right to recover dues, chargeback costs, legal expenses, administrative costs, and operational losses arising from fraudulent or abusive payment-related conduct.

8. Intellectual Property and Content Usage
All content made available through PrepTiv, including but not limited to:

videos,

recordings,
-
presentations,
-
templates,
-
assignments,
-
frameworks,
-
learning materials,
-
branding,
-
graphics,
-
written content,
-
AI-generated educational assets,
-
and proprietary methodologies,
shall remain the intellectual property of PrepTiv or its respective licensors unless otherwise stated.
Learners are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use such content strictly for personal educational purposes.
Users shall not:

reproduce,
-
redistribute,
-
resell,
-
sublicense,
-
publicly upload,
-
commercially exploit,
-
republish,
-
screen-record for redistribution,
-
share through Telegram, Google Drive, torrents, or similar platforms,
-
train AI models using PrepTiv content,
-
or otherwise misuse PrepTiv intellectual property without prior written authorization.
Unauthorized sharing, piracy, redistribution, account sharing, or commercial misuse may result in:

immediate suspension or termination,
-
permanent access revocation,
-
legal action,
-
claims for damages,
-
or reporting to relevant authorities.

9. User Conduct and Community Standards
Users participating in PrepTiv programs, webinars, mentorship groups, communities, communication channels, or learning platforms agree to maintain respectful, lawful, and professional conduct.
Users shall not:

harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate others,

engage in hate speech, discriminatory conduct, or inappropriate behaviour,
-
spam or self-promote without authorization,
-
share confidential learner information,
-
disrupt sessions or communities,
-
impersonate others,
-
distribute malware or harmful content,
-
misuse communication channels including WhatsApp groups or forums,
-
or engage in unlawful, unethical, or abusive conduct.
PrepTiv reserves the right to:
-
moderate discussions,
-
remove content,
-
restrict participation,
-
suspend accounts,
-
or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

10. Security and Unauthorized Access
Users shall not:

attempt to gain unauthorized access to PrepTiv systems, accounts, servers, platforms, communities, APIs, infrastructure, or learner data,

bypass security or access-control mechanisms,
-
interfere with website functionality, platform stability, or service availability,
-
engage in scraping, automated extraction, credential attacks, phishing, malware distribution, or similar activities,
-
reverse engineer, probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities of PrepTiv systems without prior written authorization,
-
use bots, automation tools, or unauthorized scripts in a manner that disrupts services or compromises platform integrity,
-
or attempt to access recordings, materials, or accounts belonging to other users without authorization.
PrepTiv reserves the right to:

suspend or permanently restrict access,
-
investigate suspected security incidents,
-
preserve logs or technical records,
-
cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities,
-
and pursue legal remedies where unauthorized access, cybersecurity abuse, or unlawful activity is identified.

11. Testimonials, Reviews, and Public Mentions
Users may voluntarily provide:

testimonials,

reviews,

ratings,
-
LinkedIn recommendations,
-
social media mentions,
-
or feedback regarding PrepTiv programs or services.
Where users voluntarily tag, review, or publicly mention PrepTiv, PrepTiv may repost or reference such public content for promotional or informational purposes unless the user requests otherwise.
PrepTiv will not publish private learner information or use identifiable testimonials in promotional materials without appropriate authorization where reasonably required.

12. AI and Educational Disclaimer
Certain PrepTiv programs may involve:

or third-party AI platforms.
Such content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
PrepTiv does not guarantee:

accuracy of AI-generated outputs,

uninterrupted availability of third-party AI tools,

or suitability of AI-generated content for professional, legal, financial, or business decisions.
Users remain solely responsible for independently reviewing and validating any AI-assisted output before relying upon it.

13. Third-Party Platforms and Services
PrepTiv may rely on third-party platforms, software providers, communication tools, webinar systems, payment gateways, LMS providers, cloud infrastructure, analytics providers, certification bodies, or external services.
PrepTiv shall not be liable for:

interruptions,

certification delays,
-
policy changes,
-
or limitations arising from third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.
Use of third-party services may remain subject to the terms and policies of those respective providers.

14. Suspension and Termination
PrepTiv reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any service or program where:

these Terms are materially violated,

fraudulent activity is suspected,

intellectual property misuse occurs,

payment abuse is detected,
-
unlawful conduct is identified,

community standards are repeatedly violated,

or platform security is compromised.
In appropriate cases, PrepTiv may provide notice or an opportunity to remedy the violation before suspension or termination, except where immediate action is reasonably necessary to:

prevent fraud,

protect intellectual property,

maintain platform security,
-
comply with law,
-
or prevent harm to users or operations.
Termination or suspension under such circumstances may occur without refund, subject to applicable law and the Refund Policy.

15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, PrepTiv shall not be liable for:

business interruption,

loss of opportunity,

loss of employment,

loss of income,

certification failure,

internet or technology failures,

third-party platform issues,

learner dissatisfaction,

or reliance on educational content.
PrepTiv’s total aggregate liability arising from any claim relating to a service or program shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability where exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.

16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrepTiv, its partners, trainers, employees, affiliates, consultants, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

or misuse of third-party platforms associated with PrepTiv services.

19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or PrepTiv services, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably.
If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Proceedings shall be conducted in English.
Subject to applicable law, courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have jurisdiction over matters arising from these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms shall restrict any rights available to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights to approach appropriate consumer forums or authorities having jurisdiction under applicable law.
20. Changes to These Terms
PrepTiv reserves the right to update or modify these Terms from time to time to reflect:

or service improvements.
Updated Terms shall become effective upon publication on the website unless otherwise stated.
