This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) is issued by Preptiv, a brand operated under Preptily Career Consulting LLP, registered in accordance with the applicable laws of India. This Policy governs all refund and cancellation requests pertaining to the services and programs purchased via our official website: www.preptiv.com
By enrolling in any course or program, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below and affirm your acceptance of our Terms of use and Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
1.1 Cancellation Within 7 Days of Enrolment
Learners may request a full refund if the cancellation request is submitted within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of enrolment, and before the course or boot-camp has commenced.
1.2 Upcoming Programs (Starting in Less Than 7 Days)
If a learner enrols in a program scheduled to begin in fewer than 7 days, they are eligible to request a refund only if the request is submitted prior to the course start date.
1.3 Courses Already in Progress
No refunds will be issued after the start of the batch, regardless of participation status or attendance. This clause ensures compliance with educational service limitations under applicable Indian laws.
2. Refund Request Procedure
To initiate a refund request, learners must:

All requests must be made in writing via the above channels. Verbal or third-party refund requests will not be entertained.
3. Refunds for Duplicate Payments
In case of unintentional duplicate payments, users must notify our support team at the earliest. Upon internal validation, the excess amount will be refunded within the timeline specified below.
4. Processing Timeline and Method
Approved refunds will be credited within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of confirmation. Refunds shall be made to the original source of payment (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, bank transfer).
5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Policy shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
